Experienced Electronics Design Engineer

In this position you will take the lead on electrical design of assembly solutions for the energy market, an interesting and expanding market where there is a lot of development and potential for new ideas and new products.


About the job
You will join a team of eight SW and HW designers focusing on new innovative products, especially targeted for customers within the energy and electronics segment. We work in close cooperation with Marketing and Sales, Quality and customers word-wide in every step of the way - from initial idea to final product. This means that you will have plenty of contacts and you will be able to see your actual design in action. Expect a varied and developing work.
As an electronic design engineer, you will make new analogue and digital designs, as well as maintaining existing products. You will specify and verify the designs, support external and internal manufacturing with solving technical issues, and be part of the system development.


We have a committed and multinational 350 people strong R&D department at our headquarter in Sickla, developing solutions for flexible industrial production. In close interaction with customers, we create innovative, sustainable and business-critical solutions for the industry of the future. Your profile
Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent and some years professional design experience.
You will be a part of an international team and need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken. You enjoy interacting and collaborating, locally and world-wide, since this is an important way of working at Atlas Copco.
