Scope of the Role:
Reporting to the Team Lead Client Development in Uppsala, as a front-end developer at Metric you will get the opportunity to work with the latest technologies, taking part in developing and maintaining our Angular 9 Sports Client and other web applications. As a member of the front-end team you will be expected to take ownership of your tasks and contribute to the improvement of our products throughout the lifecycle.
We believe that you're a skilled developer with passion for delivering high-quality and well designed code. While you avoid cutting corners, you also understand the importance of timely delivery.


Required Skills:
At least Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, related field or equivalent working experience
+5 years of experience in front-end development
Expert knowledge of Angular/Typescript
Proficient in Html and CSS
Proficient understanding of RESTful Services/APIs
Proficiency using Git version control
Proficiency in agile development
Proficiency using the command line
Good communication and teamwork skills
Continuous improvement-mindset



Beneficial Skills or Knowledge:
ReactJS, VueJS or other front-end frameworks
NodeJS
ReduxJS
Experience in mobile app development
Gitlab
Docker
Kubernetes
CDN’s
Working experience in the iGaming business
Test driven development and automated testing

As a member of the front-end team you will be expected to take ownership of your tasks and contribute to the improvement of our products throughout the lifecycle.
We believe that you're a skilled developer with passion for delivering high-quality and well designed code. While you avoid cutting corners, you also understand the importance of timely delivery. You will have 5 years or more experience as developer, hopefully some iGaming work will be part of that time.
For this role, we expect you to be expert in Angular/Typescript, and proficient in HTML, CSS, Git and RESTful services/APIs. Additionally, if you have experience in ReactJS, VueJS, NodeJS, ReduxJS, Experience in mobile app development, Gitlab, Docker, Kubernetes or CDN’s we would like to hear about it.
