Experienced Frontend Engineer 🖌️

We have set the foundation for a modern web application but need an experienced frontend engineer to help us take it to the next level. Annotell is a fast-growing start-up with a mission to provide the world’s best platform for human-machine collaboration. Human-machine collaboration depends on great user interfaces. You will be joining a team of talented developers that share a common interest in the challenges with human-machine interaction.

We use modern tools and our web app is built in a modular way using TypeScript and React. Our backend is built in Scala with sprinkles of Python, and the complete solution is delivered using Kubernetes on Google Cloud. We offer a chance to work with the latest technology while being focused on creating simple and reliable solutions.

We expect you to be able to be able to go all the way from high-level architecture design down to efficient code. A strong understanding of React is a bonus, but solid experience from building web applications is more important. We expect you to be able to learn new tools and frameworks when necessary, without falling for the latest framework hype ;-)
