Our customer, a well-known international and iconic software company is looking for HR Business partner to work in their office located in the Center of Stockholm.

We are looking for a HR Business Partner who will be driving the people agenda with business leaders and, as the hub between business and COE´s, bring the full capability of customer HR to bear in achieving talent, organization and business outcomes. This role reports to the HR Director in Sweden who is part of the HR Leadership Team in Western Europe, an area with numerous nationalities and backgrounds located in 14 countries.

It´s a new role as the customer HR team expands.

Skills and requirements

- Demonstrated experience as a HRBP/ Generalist in an international environment/company
- Demonstrated proficiency in talent management
- Strong knowledge of the Swedish employment and statutory law
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Proven track record of 7+ years HR Business Partnering (or equivalent experiences) in similar matrixed, international, commercial environment
- Business Acumen
- Change Management
- BS/BA degree, or equivalent required. MBA or MA in HR related field, preferred




Start date: April

Duration: fixed-term contract max 18 months
