HR Business Partner to Business Sweden in Stockholm

As our new HR Business Partner will you be part of our HR team of five employees in our office in World Trade Center, who are responsible for partnering and supporting the business areas within Business Sweden. Based in Stockholm, you will be HR Business Partner to a number of different areas worldwide.



Deliver quality collaborating and support

As an integrated member of the team, will you drive the HR process in your business area. You collaborate with managers on all levels and help develop leadership capabilities, and in close cooperation with local area managers, you ensure that HR core processes are executed and deployed in a professional manner. Simultaneously, you will focus on continuous improvement of the processes to help keep a high standard within HR.



A varied workday working at all levels

One of your key challenges will be to handle the variety of your tasks and allocate your time between each. Yet, as you will be working with professional teams, you get a great variety in your work day, both in terms of the people you support and assignments - some days will you be high up taking a strategic approach to HR and on other days will you be supporting the business more hands-on.



Key responsibilities

•               Support business performance improvement from an HR perspective

•               Ensure that we follow company requirements, laws and policies within HR-area

•               Supporting and updating the business on human resources and employee relations matters

•               Maintaining and implementing HR policies and processes

•               Drive and participate in HR improvement projects

•               Provide HR advice and support on strategic and operational HR issues to managers and staff

•               Responsible for union and labour relation issues

•               Drive, maintain and support the talent management and performance management processes

•               Act as point of contact for employees and managers

•               Build a strong business relationship with internal clients

•               Actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes

•               Responsible for recruitment and staffing matters



HR Business Partner experience

You have an degree in HR related education and you should have a minimum of four years HR experience in a generalist or HR business partner role. As HR professional, you have a complete HR tool box, including good knowledge of labor relations and best practices, quality selection practices and more.

You also processes strong business acumen and have the ability to deliver on the HR process in the light of your business context.

You are used to work in an international setting, you speak and write English at a high level.



Personal skills

As a person, you are independent, self-motivated and very reliable. You possess a can-do attitude and the maturity to influence, convince and collaborate with senior leadership in performance oriented areas. Further, you are organized, have a good business understanding and can balance the strategic perspective with the operational one. Finally, being an outgoing networker with good communication skills, you can both build strong relations to different people and facilitate information, needs and tasks to stakeholders.
