Experienced Human Resource Business Partner

This HRBP role is located in Gothenburg together with the Swedish HR team and will cooperate closely with the global HR team. This role acts locally with a global mindset, being focused on a segment of the business unit while taking into consideration the larger business unit organizational needs to ensure consistent human resources practices. The HRBP serves as subject matter expert to management both on a operational and strategic level and will be involved in a wide range of operational HR tasks within the business unit.
Represents Human Resources (HR) perspective in both formal and informal settings to communicate HR information and initiatives. Influences management decision-making to ensure business success through people and processes. Implements people practices within a work group or organization. Works with organizations to execute long- and short-term strategies involving people policies (diversity, employee engagement, divestitures).
Evaluates inputs to determine possible systemic issues. Implelments suggested changes by gathering resources and influencing organizational change. Investigates complex and unique employee issues and ensures appropriate disposition.
Anticipates people-related issues that may surface requiring ingenuity and innovative solutions.. Assesses problems or issues for greater impact to the business. Ensures that solutions are consistent with organizational objectives. Recommends methods to minimize or prevent future issues.
Understands and interprets the impact that the deployment of HR processes, policies and procedures will have on the business. Works with leadership and HR Leadership to determine options. Participates in enterprise-wide teams for best practices.
Actively addresses issues that may impact a larger population and require intervention or process improvements. Suggests necessary changes to mitigate risk and ensure that employee perspectives are considered. Promotes a diverse and inclusive culture by supporting company employee initiatives.
Coaches entry to mid level management on behaviors and techniques to achieve leadership excellence.
Partners with business to execute workforce strategy for short- and long-term organizational objectives.
Builds and utilizes trend analysis information for strategy development to improve organizational effectiveness. Works with HR Leadership to ensure continuous quality improvement by using metrics.
Contributes to organizational business plans, vision, mission, goals and business objectives. Understands business challenges, and influences strategies and initiatives owned by the organization.



Knowledge and Experience and Personality

- We are looking for a HR professional with at least 5 years qualified HR experience and at least a few years within a complex and international organization. It’s of great advantage with experience from the IT or Engineering sector.
- Higher education degree in a related field of study
- Strong Leadership acumen
- Project management skills
- Data analytics skills
- Highly developed business partnering skills
- Socially curious with strong communication skills
- Self-motivated, drives for results and finds a way to get things done both on operational and strategic level
- Needs to enjoy teamwork, collaboration and coaching
- Fluent in English
- Strong knowledge of regional labor/employment laws, regulations, procedures, and standards
