As a requirement analyst you are responsible to develop and document correct, clear, relevant and receiver-oriented requirements.
You are responsible to highlight relevant new and existing legislations, regulations and standards in the market requirements while you develop and maintain a network of stakeholders internally as well as externally.
As a requirement analyst you work closely with the client in assignments where functional requirements often become complex.
Your success require lot of skills in communication and coordination as several teams are involved in your scope. Your work can be carried out using both agile and traditional methods.
Our customer's IT department is one of the largest in the country and is responsible for development and operation of advanced IT services.
Our client constantly works to improve and is investing heavily in digitization, automation and self-service. The project use and drive new technology as innovation is key and an enabler.
You will experience the entire development chain managed in IT services, from idea to development to production and operation.
You will:
* create requirements based on the business processes enabling estimations and prioritizations
* create realizable and testable requirements in collaboration with system developers
* ensure our solutions are future-proofed, both from a technical and business perspective
* provide product documentation
* continuously work on improvements in methods and ways of working
* capture, describe and communicate requirements using various techniques - user stories
* Provide business rules and information to project stakeholders
Required Professional and Technical Expertise :
* Have lead requirements work in complex areas and projects
* Have lead requirements work in preliminary studies and in the early stages of major projects to create good conditions for the continued requirements work.
* Coordinate the requirements work In situations where several teams work together in the development work.
* Support project and team resources in the use of requirements management and modeling tools.
* Lead and implement improvements in working methods and methods.
* Act mentor to less experienced colleagues in the area of expertise.
* High communication ability in Swedish and English, in writing as well as spoken
