We are looking for a business oriented Legal Counsel supporting our Business Areas Electrification and Robotics & Discrete Automation. You will focus on supporting the business operating from Sweden. As Legal Counsel you will be reporting to the Regional General Counsel EMEA Business Area Electrification.


Your responsibilities
Reviewing, drafting, commenting and negotiating commercial agreements and other contracts in collaboration with relevant business managers.
Implementing new or updated Group policies/regulations based on local legislation and Group rules.
Ensuring legal support and advice with regards to contract execution and claims.
Support our business with general legal advice and questions related to integrity as well as legal- and integrity trainings.
Developing a good working relationship with local business and local functions, whilst maintaining an independent position.
Ability to work independently and in teams.



Your background
Law degree.
7 years or more of legal experience in a recognized law firm or multinational company.
Communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
