Customer Experience & Sales (CX & Sales) is a newly established global cross-functional and customer-centric function within the H&M Brand focusing on delivering an outstanding customer experience. CX & Sales has a key role in enabling us to reach our brand direction, to become the leading destination for style, creativity and culture. As part of the Consumer & Customer Research team, you will be right at the center of this shift towards a truly customer-centric organization. 


Job Description
The team - As a global Market Research Analyst/Consumer Insight Specialist, you belong to the Consumer & Customer Research team, the center of excellence and focal point for strategic tracking of brand-, product and customer experience for the H&M Brand. The team holds responsibility for the H&Ms strategic and tactical research plan, brand tracking and customer voice program as well as key tools for performing quantitative and qualitative research. By generating insights through research, ourselves or in collaboration with other researchers and external partners, the team enables H&M to take insight driven decisions and steer on brand performance and customer voice. The team works highly cross functional and in senior environments.
We are now looking to expand our team with a new experienced colleague within this field.
The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ownership/partly ownership of H&Ms’ Brand tracking. This means for example to:
Assure that the brand strategy and brand performance is measured adequately and that potential strategic initiatives are incorporated in the trackers
Create, compile and present key insights and implications reflecting strategy and company goals, to guide management and the organisation
Create deep understanding of brand performance by analyzing results and translate insight into recommendations for actions as well as give input to strategic decisions to improve brand-, product and customer experience
Lead and perform various research projects when needed
Advise, guide and support others to create a common understanding of brand performance, pain points and opportunities

By being part of the team, you become part of leading the research community, constantly working to support others and towards improving ways of working, research methods, upskilling of self and other etc.
This role will report to the Consumer & Customer Research Manager within the H&M Brand.


Qualifications
Skills and experience:
Relevant education or knowledge in consumer/customer research (for ex a degree within analytics, statistics, economics, research or similar)
5 + years of experience of working with consumer/customer research including creating surveys, brand positioning benchmarking, brand strength measurements, skills in setting up brand trackers and similar
Strategic mindset with ability to transform business challenges into research scope as well as drive recommendations through to various stakeholders
Capacity and proven track record to make things happen, with the ability to work independently
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A highly structured and organized way of working
Excellent project management and coordination skills
Familiar with statistical software e.g., SPSS, SAS, R or Python as well as survey tools like EFS, Survey monkey, Confirm it or similar
Experience working in Power BI or other data visualization tool
Vendor management skills
Skills in market/competitor intelligence is seen as a plus

Additional Information
This is full time position based in Stockholm in our newly renovated office in downtown Stockholm. Fluency in English is mandatory, Swedish is not.
