Are you a motivated and experienced Process Engineer? Would you like to work toward a sustainable society of the future? If so, come and work with us and take the next step in your professional development!
Be part of the solutions that will enable a better tomorrow
Join us and work with cutting-edge projects to contribute to a sustainable future. Our customers are as enthusiastic as we are, when it comes to green transition within the industry & building sector. We are 330 colleagues working together with customers on some of Sweden's most significant projects all supporting the green transition. You could say that where there is something new and exciting going on, we are probably already a part of it. For example, read here about our exciting project at Preem: https://www.cowi.com/projects/fuel-your-tank-with-recycled-cooking-oil/ COWI and Preem are rebuilding parts of the facility in Lysekil to house large-scale production of fuel from renewable raw materials. It is a project that will have profound impact on society, and we are eager to support them in their journey to phase out fossil fuels.
We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our team as an experienced Process Engineer. By working with us, you'll have the chance to lead exciting projects, implement innovative solutions, and be a vital part of our success story.
Your key responsibilities and tasks as Process Engineer will be:
• Conduct process design, including mass and energy balances, as well as setting technical requirements.
• Propose suitable technologies and ensure supplier contacts.
• Act as discipline lead in our multidisciplinary projects.
• Take responsibility for smaller projects.
• Lead and develop others.
Your skills. Our team. Together we create the future
The first step to success in this role is that you are eager to collaborate with the people around you, whether they are colleagues, partners or customers. Developing ties with others is something you do by acting respectfully and delivering on your promises. And you never get set in your ways, but keep exploring new insights and ways to improve.
On top of that, you will have:
• MSc. or BSc. in Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant work experience corresponding to the work tasks described above.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Swedish language.
