EXPERIENCED PROGRAM MANAGER - Solna/remote

Your enthusiasm : We are searching for a Technology Program Manager to join our Tech Operation team.
In this job, you will be responsible for driving harmonisation initiatives and programmes inside the firm in order to accomplish our Technology Strategy. The projects are time and effort varying and revolve on the development of solutions and procedures primarily in infrastructure, application operations, security, and automation. To guarantee development and alignment, you will switch between strategic and operational tasks. Specifically, this position entails: Organize and direct project operations throughout the Project Life Cycle.Plan projects in accordance with the Technology Strategy.
Technology decisions must be technically aligned.
Create and manage a backlog of projects for the Technology Program.
Identify and minimise risks throughout the life cycle of any programme.
Create a culture of cross-border dialogue.
Be a catalyst for both planned and current actions.
Establish steering committees.
Creating a budget.
