Experienced Project Leader

Experienced Project Manager required for the Wound Care Division, Gothenburg, Sweden Mölnlycke Health Care continues to grow and in order to manage all new launch projects within the Wound Care division, we need to expand our Project Management Group with an experienced Project Manager.The projects will deliver new products according to our business strategy within Advanced, Bioactive or New therapies area.Purpose of position As a Project Manager you lead cross-functional projects from idea to implementation in order to deliver complete customer solutions according to the business strategy.Your duties will be to: define project direction, context and scope develop and manage project plans organize and staff the cross-functional project team work actively with project management and team building document and communicate project progress to all stakeholders on a continuous basis ensure that financial and market aspects are taken into account during a project together with your colleagues in the PM group, find and implement new and better PM structures and working methods You will work with a project team and you have responsibility for anywhere between 10 and 20 colleagues at various stages of each project.You report to the Group Manager Project Management, who reports to the R&D Director, Wound Care. Background and personal qualities The successful applicant has at least 5 years experience from managing cross functional projects delivering new products, technology and/or services.Preferably you also have experience from other areas of the business externally or internally, such as marketing, business development, manufacturing or procurement.You have a university degree and a background from the medical device industry will be to your advantage.
