We are now looking for an Experienced Project Manager to join our PMO-team. You will be responsible for leading projects that resolve identified business needs within agreed time, budget, scope, and quality standards. You will be organizing and facilitating project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements. Your tasks also include monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost and timing. It is also important that you ensure adherence to internal and external processes and quality standards. You will cooperate closely with IT, the business, the project team, and external stakeholders.
Your location will be Sweden, Finland, Baltic or Czech Republic and you will be working in Forest Division. You will report to Head of PMO, Forest Division.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a person, who has excellent team working skills and proven experience in managing several medium-sized IT projects, from ideation phase up to handover phase. You have a certification in project management (e.g. IPMA C, Agile, Prince 2, PMI) and change management skills. You communicate fluently in English and preferably also in Swedish. 4-5 years’ experience in IT-project management and knowledge about forestry, biodiversity and sustainability is an asset. You are a great communicator with good presentation skills and can create trust and transparency towards different stakeholders. You are also good at numbers and accurate. As a person, you are not afraid to challenge the status quo, when needed. This position requires some travelling.
