- 10+ years’ experience of product development of Appliances

Job Description
Our client, within electronic industry, are now looking for a GEC Senior Project Manager for a consultant assignment. The Global Engineering Center (GEC) is a supplier managed pool of dedicated engineers cross technical competence areas, trained in our client processes and tools to be enable delivery of high quality engineering services that fits the needs. Competence areas include Mechanical design, Electronics HW and SW design, Wire Harness & Electrical Components Developments, Simulations, Product Testing, Digitalization, Connectivity, etc. through different product development phases.

The GEC should supply flexible and scalable cost efficient services from offshore location in India, combined with a share based on site at their locations to enable the offshore service delivery.
As GEC Senior Project Manager you will:
• Be responsible for facilitating new initiatives within the GEC, such as defining the requirements for and setting up new competence areas for service delivery cross Product Lines.
• Connecting the experts within the company to the GEC to improve service delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction: Drive the harmonization of processes, standards and working methods
• Perform trainings to GEC personnel on the company processes, products and technologies
• Support planning & coordination of GEC services
- Monitor metrics, service quality, actively address as needed: Facilitate gap analysis and finding relevant resolution
- Nurture relationship between GEC and the company on multiple levels
- Identify & address competence development needs as well as infrastructure development needs

Admission and Application
