We are seeking a committed and passionate colleague who wants to be part of driving the Recruitment agenda in Polestar. This job gives you the unique opportunity in a newly established global tech company- you will shape our story from the very first chapter! We are a start-up company with strong growth focus where HR and Recruitment are fully integrated functions in the business as key enablers for business success. As a recruiter you will be fully involved in daily recruiting matters, working closely with leaders and employees across the entire company and all levels as well as working closely with global HR colleagues to develop ways of working for global implementation. As we are in a phase of setting up our global organization and developing processes and tools while growing at a high speed, a strong experience is required to manage the level of complexity and fast decision making.
We are a flat organization with a Go-Get-Attitude and as recruiters we act as a strong team to get things done to enable the business to be successful. We work with speed and engagement in a collaborative manner. You will primarily support the Swedish organization while also supporting the EMEA organization. You will be part of the Global Polestar HR Team.

What you´ll do
The mission for the recruitment team is to enable the future success and growth of Polestar by proactively identifying, matching and selecting the most qualified candidates. We strive to deliver an excellent candidate experience that will lead us to becoming the employer of choice.
As a Recruiter, you will have full life cycle recruitment accountability. You will act as an advisor, partner with Hiring Managers to support current and future needs and ensure a full understanding of their recruitment requirements. You will build and maintain a pool of key talents and engage with them continuously to secure candidate involvement and a strong pipeline for upcoming recruitments. Your responsibilities will include attracting the right talent globally by proactively sourcing, searching and connecting with people around the world. Also, you will ensure that we hire top talent whose values are in line with our Polestar Culture by screening, interviewing and conducting psychometric tests.
You and your skills
Competence and experience are important, but personality is key!
We are looking for someone who is passionate and engaged, who wants to take an active part in developing our ways of working and who wants to exceed expectations in delivery. Since we work with many different stakeholders internationally while sometimes having tight deadlines, you need to have high integrity, strong communication and cooperation skills. Furthermore, we work in a fast paced and sometimes demanding environment, so you need to be very business and performance
driven.
To be successful in this role we believe you have solid experience from recruitment/search. A suitable background is as an established top recruiter from a well-recognized search firm. You need experience from proactive delivery, with strong sourcing skills and it is a plus if you have worked in a global environment. We also see experience and certifications in psychometric tests as qualifying. Finally, you must be fluent in English, both verbally and written.
