Experienced RPA Developer

Experienced RPA Developer

Arbetsbeskrivning

To Sandvik Coromant, and our global Robotics Process Automation (RPA) team in Sweden we’re now looking for an experienced, innovative and structured RPA Developer to join us. Are you an automation guru who wants to be a key player in developing new efficient ways of working? Then you’re probably the one we’re looking for!
The job
For us, RPA is an important enabler to improve our ways of working and become more efficient. In this position, you participate in the complete process of our RPA work; from mapping our current way of working to designing and developing new automated processes and support in implementation of these. To provide expertise in the identification of potential RPA processes and ensure functionality in close dialogue with change leaders and process owners are other important parts of your job; and with your solid knowledge within the area you’re also involved in our more complex processes. You, and your team, work together with process owners in many parts of our organization and, going forward, we aim to broaden our field even further – planning to take a more active role in supporting efficiency initiatives.
In this role, you report to the Manager of Business Control Processes and Projects and are a part of the Global Coromant RPA Team, based in Sweden. You’re located in either Sandviken or Stockholm, Kista.
Your background and characteristics
We’re looking for someone with at least a bachelor’s degree within IT, combined with a few years working experience from the field, preferably in a manufacturing industry. Skills in the RPA platform BluePrism and knowledge from automation and RPA implementations are required to succeed in this role, while previous work in C#/VB.NET or other RPA platforms is beneficial. We’re a truly global organization, and you need excellent written and verbal skills in English, while skills in Swedish are advantageous.
We truly value your personality – you’re an ambitious professional with an eye for structure and process development. Your expertise and interest in automation and digitalization enables you to bring fresh ideas and quality to our process and improvement work. To interact in an international environment excites you, and you use your good communication skills to ensure collaboration among colleagues and stakeholders.
