Our Exciting Opportunity
We are now looking for a few experienced software developers interested in building the applications in Ericsson’s 4G & 5G Core network, connecting mobile devices around the world to the internet.
With us, you would join a small development team working with feature development, where tasks include requirement analysis, system design, development, and verification. As a team, you take ownership for your feature from analysis to delivery and beyond!
As an experienced developer you contribute with solid software development skills and experience from professional product development. Previous exposure to the 3GPP telecom standards is also valuable.
With us you will work with state-of-the-art methods, architecture and platforms for software development.
You will
Develop high-quality software meeting telecom standards using Erlang
Analyze requirements and propose software designs
Analyze verification needs and develop test cases validating your design
Develop test case automation
Execute tests, find, and fix faults
Actively share information and collaborate with team and product owner
To be successful in the role you must have
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Software Engineering or similar field
Mad skills in software development, preferably knowledgeable in more than one programming language
Experience of agile development and the Scrum framework
Experience of large-scale software development projects
It is also a plus if you have
Knowledge of Microservice Architecture, Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, HTTP2, TCP/IP, Linux, Containers
Used Erlang or other functional languages
