Job Description


In the Customer Fulfilment domain, you will be part of our Inventory Optimization Product Area. Here you will be working in a cross-functional, agile team, called Products in Store. Our aim is to fulfill our ecosystem’s expectation on product availability and transparency in our stores, by providing intelligent replenishment and pick logic with intuitive, available and up to date tools and technology to manage stock in store.
You will be developing the solution together with our software engineers, product owner and business expert by iterating towards an MVP. Your role will include a mixture of engineering tasks as well as solution design responsibilities. You will mostly work with Azure and Microsoft stack, but we also employ SAP and other technologies in our extended enterprise architecture. We would expect you to feel confident to take on a big technical, as well as DevOps, responsibility for the product and evolve the solution in the most strategical way. We always strive to continuously build knowledge and learn beyond our current skillsets.
Products in Store team works constantly in touch with our users in store. Therefore a big part of your role will be to interact with people, aiming to understand their psychology and encouraging new behaviours.







Qualifications


To succeed in this role you need to:
Have a track record of hand-on ERP solutions development (ideally with Microsoft stack of tech, C#, .Net, but not limited to it as we use SAP MM/SD for example too)
Have strong mindset about Continuous development and have good knowledge of
CI/CD, devops workflow
Unit tests, test automation and integration testing
Code reviews
Analyzing production incidents
Azure Devops
Have work experience with end to end product development lifecycle, including solution design, database modelling and architectural decisions
Have good awareness and interest to work with native cloud development (Azure in our case)
Excellent understanding of API-based integrations
Excellent communication and people skills (UX mindset will be helpful)
Experience from working agile
Fluent in English both written and verbal
