Do you have experience from embedded SW project management or quality assurance?



The department Systems & Controls develops embedded systems in modern vehicles and fills them with functionality. We are working in many different domains, such as Autonomous Driving, Infotainment, Connectivity and Electrified Propulsion, for both automotive and non-automotive customers. We are now looking for new team members for the Systems Engineering team to strengthen the areas of Embedded SW project management and quality assurance to our Headquarter in Gothenburg, Sweden.



Your Role

As a SW project manager you will work with leading roles in embedded SW projects, mainly within the automotive domain but also other industries.



As a SW QA engineer you will work in projects where Semcon supports OEMs and their suppliers in achieving a SW quality through guidance and joint reviews of both SW deliveries and development processes.



Your Profile

You have an MSc in Data Science, SW Engineering, EE or similar and at least 5 years of working experience within embedded SW development.

Good experience from embedded software development (C/C++) Good experience from Requirement Management Good Experience from Configuration and Change Management Good Project Management skills Meriting is knowledge from working in an agile environment Meriting is knowledge about SW development processes (CMMI, automotive SPICE) Meriting is knowledge from Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment Fluency in English Driver’s license B A driven, positive and creative personality with a problem-solving approach


As a consultant you must be flexible regarding working environment and you should enjoy working in teams, but also have the ability to handle things by yourself.
