Join us as an Experienced Talent Acquisition Partner!
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be responsible for sourcing and attracting the best of the best to join our Nordic teams in NETS and Western Union departments. By working closely with hiring managers, you'll get to know their talent needs and develop a recruitment strategy to meet them. As an essential member of our team, you'll help us build a great employer brand by collaborating with our Employer Branding Partners and making sure that every candidate has a welcoming and positive experience. In this role you will:
Build new partnerships and relationships with our colleagues in Sweden and Norway
Share the latest updates and statistics with our hiring managers
Find and try new sourcing channels, career events, social media groups, etc.
Implement the relocation to Latvia strategy and selling points
Source, screen and interview with the potential candidates

Team Leader and Employer Branding Partner support
What we are looking for:
At least 2 years experience in recruitment. Experience with Customer Support or Nordic language recruitment would be an advantage.
Experience partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Strong sourcing skills and experience using various recruitment channels including Social Media and others.
Experience conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
Fluent in English. At least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) would be an advantage.
