What’s in it for you?
The ultimate purpose of the development within AD & ADAS Platform is to save lives. Our main contribution is to provide a very capable perception platform that enables world class AD & ADAS applications. This has been an exciting and expanding technology area for several years now, but more capable sensing systems, access to powerful centralized compute, data driven development including use of AI etc are about to boost AD & ADAS even further. So, we are in for a continued exciting and challenging journey with great awards to achieve.
The complete department currently consist of almost 200 ambitious and skilled engineers and is responsible from research and advanced engineering to implementation, verification, and validation of current and future generations of our products. The product development is organized in two Agile Release Trains (ART’s) with focus on Protective Safety and AD & ADAS platform development respectively, using a scaled agile setup.
We are looking for a Team Manager to join the leadership team at AD & ADAS Platform
As a result of our continuous growth over the last few years, we need to expand the leadership team with additional leaders and are establishing two new Team Manager positions within our ART AD & ADAS Platform. This is the bigger of the two ARTs with close to 150 engineers lead by (soon to be) six Team Managers.
We work with state-of-the-art sensors (cameras, radars, lidars, ultrasonic sensors) and build a service-based perception platform that we evolve over time. We work in close collaboration with the Release Trains focusing on ADAS & AD feature/application development, as well as with our suppliers.
This new position will be stationed at our Lund office, where we have our core team of SW-developers working with vision perception and other building blocks for our low-speed maneuvering perception platform. The second position will be in Göteborg/Torslanda (separate Job posting).

And you will collaborate with your colleagues in the leadership team making sure we bring out the best of our organisation, while enjoying our work.
Do you fit the profile?
To be successful in this job, we see that you have at least 5-10 years of relevant work experience as a leader within Active Safety and/or embedded SW development.
You should have a strong interest in leadership, developing people and agile way of working! We also see that you have a technical background with preferably hands on experience within respective field and an academic background and education on MSc level or equivalent. SW development experiences is extra important for this position. You also need to be fluent in English (spoken and written).
