Experienced Team Managers for Autonomous Drive at Safe Vehicle Automation

The department consist of 150 ambitious and skilled engineers and is responsible from research and advanced engineering to implementation, verification and validation of current and future customer offers within the field. The operations in our development is carried out in two agile release trains using scaled agile; ART Active Safety Functions and ART Pilot Assist & Autonomous Drive Functions.
Were now looking for 3 team managers to our ART Pilot Assist & Autonomous Drive Functions: 
Team Manager Pilot Assist - The teams are responsible for defining, developing and verifying the Pilot Assist functions that eases the burden of driving. Pilot Assist covers supervised functions (L2) that offers the customer an easy, intuitive and safe ride. 
Team Manager Safe AD Experience – The teams ensure a safe AD experience by analyzing design choices, defining verification strategies and developing tests for all parts of AD; from application SW to sensing robustness. Together with a reliable, understandable and trustworthy HMI they create the foundation for a safe AD experience.   
Team Manager AD Environmental Perception and System Architecture- The teams source and develop HD map, the cloud connection and do the function to sensor requirement analysis of sensor fusion for AD and Active Safety. Our system architects also reside within this part of the line organization.

Do you fit the profile? 
To be successful in this job, we see that you have at least 5-10 years of relevant work experience as a leader. You should have a strong interest in leadership, developing people and agile way of working! We also see that you have a technical background with preferably hands on experience within respective field and an academic background and education on MSc level or equivalent. You also need to be fluent in English (spoken and written).
