We are looking for an experienced test manager to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) organisation. This is an opportunity for you to be part of an international team, eager to support our mission to Protect the Bank: De-risked, Compliant, Secure & Protected.

About this opportunity
At IAM we provide centralised and standardised IAM services and act as single point of contact for all units within Nordea acquiring these services. IAM belongs to the Cyber Security area within Nordea. 
Our teams consists of dedicated IT Security specialists and developers, Product Owners, Application owners and Scrum Masters. In your role you will support all teams within our IAM organisation, i.e. Identity management, Access management and Onboarding & Integration, reporting to the manager of the Access management team. 

What you’ll be doing:
* Continuous improvements of our test strategies to be compliant with Nordea’s overall test requirements.
* Managing, leading and executing the team's end-to-end testing. Working with continuous improvements in the test area together with the teams.
* Driving and solving QA related challenges across teams.
* Ensuring a good line of communication as well as communicating progress to stakeholders, management and surrounding teams.
* Reviewing requirements from a test perspective, identifying appropriate tests required, and planning test activities.

The role is based in modern premises located centrally in Helsinki, Stockholm, Oslo or in the TriCity Area in Poland, with the possibility to work partly from home.

Your experience and background: 
* Several years of experience working as a test manager. Experience in driving test activities in Agile dev ops environment.
* Excellent knowledge of manual, automated, exploratory, performance and regression testing, as well as good knowledge about test driven development.
* Knowledge in tools such as qTest, Jira and Confluence.
* Fluent in English with excellent communication skills both spoken and written.
