Experienced trainer, training coach and administrator to lead our Manufacturing Programme Academy Introduction The Manufacturing Programme Academy has an important role supporting the implementation of SMT Manufacturing system & SMT Business System by: .Ensuring fast ramp up of new Navigators and Key stake holders in line organization..Providing up to date trainings on edge competence to develop operations with new insights in LEAN..Increase quality and impact of internal trainings through developing pedagogical skills and methods..Developing common training material for SMT Business System Programmes in order to support the Common Way of Working.Key performance areas Your task is to take our Manufacturing System Academy to the next level: .plan and organize the academies in line with competence demand from our initiatives and projects .lead altering and developing of training material, format and methods with focus on high quality and pedagogical design .participate in all training, take feedback and evaluations from participants and give feedback and coaching to trainers .together with gatekeepers of competence areas, check compliance to the Standard Approach for the Manufacturing Programme .organize trainings on demand from line organization together with project leaders and navigators in initiatives and projects .participate in extending the academy to cover the entire SMT Business Model together with colleagues from other programmes .actively bring in new competence to our programme to support developing our line organization and the SMT Business Model Opportunity to further develop your own skills and extend your field of working within the programme is given.You are a member of the Central Team, the group leading and developing the Manufacturing Programme.Your profile We think you are devoted to developing the skills of others.You have experience from training and teaching, both as trainer but also as administrator and know what it takes to lead a training organization.You are also an excellent educationalist both when it comes to delivering own training, support other trainers and developing training material and you are willing to develop your coaching skills to support others in their development as trainers.
