Experienced UX-designer

THE POSITION:

You will become part of a project or delivery team, where global complexity and business innovation are part of your daily work. You will have a home base together with colleagues working in the same field with the possibility to relocate according to business and work related needs since our client has multiple offices.

You will be given an opportunity to take part in different projects over time where you develop a complete understanding of the business goals stakeholder and end user needs. The projects may involve building web, client and mobile applications, but the current focus will mostly involve desktop tools. You will initially have a strong design focus where skills in Adobe XD are of high importance since that is what the team is missing currently.

Main responsibilities:

Understand stakeholder and user needs where you are familiar with Design Thinking and implement this way of workingUse business requirements, user and market research to assist in developing scenarios, user cases, and high-level design requirementsUse design tools to deliver concepts, storyboards, wireframes and prototypesUser testingPresentation to stakeholders

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Background in UX/UI with 3-5 years of experienceStrong design skills and expecially use of Adobe XDAt least 3 projects as case studies or several steps in the process from discovery to completion - thought process and delivery actions are importantFluent in best practices and practical knowledge of user-centered design methodologiesFluent in English

To succeed we expect you to have experience from working in collaborative teams consisting of different stakeholders where communication, adaptation and curiosity is key. Ability to provide and solicit feedback is also of great importance along with a problem-solving mindset.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT:

This is a consulting assignment which means that you will initially be employed by Friday. The initial assignment period is set to 12 months with the ambition to become a permanent part of the client team.
