Experienced UX Designer

Arbetsbeskrivning

Annotell is a fast-growing startup with a mission to provide the world's best platform to make safe perception for autonomous mobility happen. An important step in this process is to express what kind of ground truth to annotate in the underlying data together with cost and quality requirements. All these parameters tend to evolve as more data is gathered, which requires a platform capable of capturing these changes.

We want to empower our customers to confidently and effectively manage all of these aspects while ensuring they can achieve safe perception. We're beginning this journey and have decided to dedicate an entire product area to get there - Self-Serve Platform.

What you'll do
Up until now, we've relied on an internally developed back-office platform to administer and manage all aspects related to ground-truth specification, cost and quality management, as well as project administration. Our goal now is to refine and break out these components and workflows into our main platform, enabling customers to perform more and more of these actions themselves.

We need to find a good balance between building a platform that's powerful but also easy-to-use. It's in this area where we believe that your knowledge and skillset will be a major success factor. You will work in a cross-functional team consisting of frontend developers, backend developers and product designers. You will contribute to the team by identifying user needs and forming a deep understanding of how the platform is used. In addition to creating sketches, wireframes and prototypes you will maintain and grow our design system and component library.

With Annotell being a startup, it's very much of a growth environment where you sometimes have to act under uncertainties. In return, you will be able to have a big impact on defining the organisation and the Self-Serve product.

Tools we use
At Annotell, we use Adobe XD in combination with Zeplin to design and communicate interface designs, behaviours, and actions. We use a product-wide design system, which our designers also design and maintain in the same tools.

Who you are
We are looking for candidates with a solid background in Product / UX design. This means that you are comfortable in creating prototypes, have experience from working with design tools and can demonstrate hands-on experience with planning, conducting research and facilitation of workshops.

To thrive in this role, we believe you are curious and eager to try out new solutions. You're not afraid to fail and see it as an opportunity for growth. --- You enjoy working as a team, helping your peers so that everyone succeeds as Annotell succeeds.

What is in it for you?

Other than working with our excellent team in a fun and creative environment, we also offer you this:

- Strong values and purpose-driven company
- Being part of defining and creating a new product area
- Workplace flexibility and work-life balance
- Competitive salaries
- Exciting career opportunities in a dynamic and fast scaling startup!
- Parental pay, salary exchange, generous health benefit, order your workstation, 30 days vacation, place your pension - to name a few
