Experienced UX-Designer with passion for digi-physical tech

You will be part of forming our design offer and team at our office in Malmö together with talented colleagues throughout the country. Your ability to see the synergies between the physical and digital landscape of design drives your work.

You will be part of growing and forming our design team, where an important task is to develop the UX design competence within Knightec as well as establish the offering towards our clients. The projects you are involved in will vary, depending on your background and interests, but the core is shaping designs that answer human desirability, business viability, technical feasibility, and sustainable aspects. Being involved in the whole chain and building the capability, you will be part of everything from setting the details to the wider brush strokes.

Skills needed
- Senior experience from working with UX-design either at in-house or consultancy environments.
- Thriving when having the opportunity to lead and influence the road ahead.
- Humble and curious to learn and contribute to both smaller and larger tasks, experimenting with an innovative mindset.
- Passionate about HMI and digi-physical solutions and prototypes, and can prove excellent results in user experiences and interaction designs
- Good knowledge of user-centered and sustainable development
- Preferably a bachelor or master in UX, HMI design related subjects or equivalent
