About this opportunity
Do you want to develop advanced electronics, software, and models for the leading-edge mobile telecommunication systems? And be involved in making 5G and 6G happen
Our department ASIC/FPGA Design in Kista are responsible for Digital ASIC/FPGA development for all existing and future mobile standards including 5G and 6G. This is done in close cooperation with internal and external partners such as standardization teams and market leading vendors. We are working with state-of-the-art technologies, tools and methodologies from our vendors.
We are looking for several passionate, creative and innovative engineers to join our new SoC/subsystem team.
What you will do
Work with verifying one of our challenging and complex SoC, Ericsson multi core architecture
Build, update and maintain the HW/SW Verification environment
Work with emulation, formal verification and SW driven verification
Support with ASIC bring-up when samples arrive





You will also take part of a dynamic department where there will be opportunities for learning new things and experience exciting challenges through collaboration and creativity.
You will bring
Several years of ASIC or FPGA verification and simulation on IP, subsystem and/or chip level using SW driven verification and System Verilog
Good knowledge of C/C++
Good understanding of Embedded Software design and test
Experience of scripting like, Python/TCL
Continuous ideas of improvements and optimized ways of working
Proficiency in English, speaking and writing
Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent education.
