Engage in laboratory work and material characterization
As Experimental Engineer within Technology Consulting you will be working with improvement of current techniques and methods but also product development by identifying, proposing and implementing innovative solutions related to materials.
Within this role you will provide consulting services on technical challenges within your own area of expertise. You will lead and participate in various consulting assignments and complex investigations for both internal and external customers.
This role includes varying tasks where you will need a service-oriented and consultative approach. You will be working with, among other things,
• Participate in R&D projects related to cable materials and system
• Engage in laboratory work and material characterization relevant to the projects
• Formulate and perform experiments within projects, including building experimental set-ups
• Secure high quality and efficiency in all deliveries
• Responsibility for financial and technical follow up of projects
Communicative and experienced
Do you have a strong background within experimental work, as well as material analysis and characterization, with at least five years of practical work?
To succeed in this role you are a good team player with a goal oriented mind. As the role includes a lot of communication with colleagues, stake-holders and customers you need good communication skills as well as a service-oriented mind. You are also a highly trusted and accurate person.
Apart from this you do also have
• A Master’s degree in area related to materials
• Creativity in problem solving
• Experience in project management
• Experience in CAD and ability to independently discuss constructions with work-shop
• The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Another requirement in this role is fluency in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
