Experis Finance is looking for a senior Communicator for our global client located in Malmö. You will be a part of a team of five Communication Business partners that supports Group Sustainability in the organization, and you will be the link between the stakeholders and the Communication department. Furthermore, you will be defining, planning, executing and following up on varied reactive and proactive communication initiatives and partnering effectively with colleagues in the full range of communication disciplines, such as media relations, public affairs, and campaigning.



The main tasks of the assignment are:

* contribute to driving business outcomes in alignment with the business plan
* contribute to or lead sustainability communication initiatives, together with the Sustainability Communication Business Partner Team
* be a strategic communication sparring partner (and coach) to Group Sustainability and the management team
* explore new ways to communicate sustainability initiatives and making them more accessible for a larger target audience



Start: Immediately

End date: 2020-09-31 with the option to extend.

Primary working site: Malmö



Your profile

We are looking for a person with experience in Corporate communication in an international context and is confident in working together with the different disciplines of media relations, public affairs, internal comms on executing comms strategies. Furthermore, you must have the willingness to be hands on (writing, editing, reviewing, coordinating, project managing) and strategic, senior advisor all at once.

* Min 5 years' experience in internal, external and change communications
* Ability to craft messages with speed, accuracy and fluency in English
* Fluent in English, written and verbal
* Strong stakeholder mgmt. and influencing skills - as a business partner we are responsible for coaching and advising stakeholders on communication issues
* You are a team player and find energy and results in collaboration

It is a big plus if you have demonstrable experience and understanding of sustainable business, e.g. topics such as climate change, circular economy, human rights, community engagement, customer engagement on healthy and sustainable living
