Now we are looking for a Communication Business Partner who supports in the sustainability area.

Jefferson Wells is looking for a Communication Business Partner for our global client located in Malmö. You will be a part of a team of Communication Business partners that supports Group Sustainability in the organization, and you will be the link between the stakeholders and the Communication department. Furthermore, you will be defining, planning, executing and following up on varied reactive and proactive communication initiatives and partnering effectively with colleagues in the full range of communication disciplines, such as media relations, public affairs, and campaigning.



The main tasks of the assignment are:

* contribute to driving business outcomes in alignment with the business plan
* contribute to or lead sustainability communication initiatives, together with the Sustainability Communication Business Partner Team
* be a strategic communication sparring partner (and coach) to Group Sustainability and the management team
* explore new ways to communicate sustainability initiatives and making them more accessible for a larger target audience

Your profile

We are looking for you, who thrives on making complex topics simple and demonstrating how strategic communication can enable the business to achieve its objectives. You have the ability and willingness to be hands on (writing, editing, reviewing, coordinating, project managing), strategic and a senior advisor - all at once.

At least 5 years of experience from working in internal, external and change communications either within a global brand or a strategic communications consultancy

* strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
* you are a team player and find energy and results in collaboration
* fluent in English, written and verbal

It is a big plus if you have demonstrable experience and understanding of sustainable business e.g. topics such as climate change, circular economy, human rights, community engagement, customer engagement on healthy and sustainable living.

This assignment is at least 6 month long and you will be employed by Jefferson Wells but spend your working days with our customer.
