We are now looking for someone who wants to be one of the key players when it comes to identifying and analyzing the business needs and translate them to requirement on IT solutions.

Job Qualifications and Competences

* MS Project Online
* Experience in BI solutions
* Good skills to manage stakeholders
* Ability to lead and manage multiple stakeholders to understand and clearly define solution requirements
* Knowledge of Requirements management methodologies
* Ability to collect substantiates, analyze, verify and prioritize information on all levels and derive relevant and accurate solution, transition and integration requirements.
* Ability to convert Business & Stakeholders requirement into IT requirements to help implementation team to understand the requirement
* Experience with creating business analysis documents such as solution scope, functional specification document, Integration requirement document, User stories, Business test cases, - UML diagrams etc.
* Fluent English within writing and speaking is a requirement

Further experience within:

* Ability to manage change management for requirements.
* Working knowledge of all phases of the Software development lifecycle-
* Working with the big picture but detail oriented
* Being analytical
* Leading others and be a good communicator as well as a good listener
* Ability to elicit and self-starter and demonstrate initiative and ability to adjust
* Ability to describe complex and abstract scenarios in a structured, comprehensive ways
* 4+ Years of experience working in an IT Business role
