About the Assignment

As a Support Manager you are responsible for the Service Area that includes Retail Web, Retail Mobile Apps, ecommerce order and sales flows. You will have an overview of the current support status as well as proactively work to decrease the incident volume and shorten the incident solving time. This will always be done with focus on the End User Satisfaction and End User Productivity.
You should proactively strive to maintain secured service, short-term and long-term, by working closely to all of the service teams.

Job Qualifications and Competences

For the position as a Support Manager we believe that you have a couple of years of experience within Service Management. You are a person who is able to build good relations; you have therefor no problem getting people to cooperate with the goal of solving problems for the End User. As a Support manager you need to be organized and a good planner to be able to prioritize paralleled activities. Knowledge within IT Business processes, End User needs and Support Services are advantageously as well as knowledge within Problem Management and ITIL.

As a Support Manager you are able to see the whole picture. Furthermore, you are a good listener by tuning in, but at the same time you are also able to make demands when needed. We also believe that you have great analytical and communication skills, with excellent skills in oral and written English and Swedish.
