What you’ll do:
You will drive change and work close with the business operations as well as with the controlling function. Collaboration is key and will bring you deep knowledge in our current and future core business. The stronger you grow, your responsibilities will increase and there is really no limit to where your creative mind can lead you. To get there, you need to fully understand the business operations and be able to translate complex events into the language of accounting and financial reporting.
You will develop a strong network within the company which will not just help you but also our joint journey into electrification and direct consumer business. Your strong communication skills will make this happen and create ripples on the water.
As we are, with great speed, heading into a digitalized world which enables many new revenue streams, you will lead by example and guide your colleagues into the extreme importance of the same.
Your role encompasses delivering and continuously improving high quality analyses with the purpose of providing assurance to our financial figures as well as providing valuable insights on a regular basis.
Major business projects as well as facilitating closings will cross your responsibility and you will be backed up by highly experienced colleagues. Team work!
Your Skills:
You have expert accounting skills and most likely a University degree in Finance and/or relevant work experience.
You have a great sense for figures and analysis comes easy for you since you are logical and enjoyed mathematics back in school.
Skills to manage, analyze and interpret large volumes of data are very valuable.
Interest and understanding of technology and IT systems in general is important and programming experience is not a disadvantage.
You should have a deep understanding in IFRS.

Responsibility drives you and your leadership skills help you to drive change management in your area, i.e. you are very comfortable with challenging existing processes and mind-sets.
