You will be a key contributor to the creation of the next generation Finance community. You will develop and implement smart and agile finance processes and tools to support the business in the best way as well as providing accounting expertise. This you will do in cooperation with other global business units/partners such as Polestar.
What you’ll do
* Fully understand the business within your area of responsibility and be able to translate complex business events into financial reporting and accounting
* Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly closing activities within the accounting area of responsibility
* With confidence drive accounting analysis and reporting of actual figures
* Develop a strong network by close collaboration with controlling as well as the operations in daily business
* Recognise the importance of digitalization and be able to drive projects related to the same
* Actively contribute to the improvement and standardization of applicable processes, automation and waste reduction
Do you fit the profile?
To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for accounting, and you need to have a desire and drive for change and be comfortable with challenging existing processes and mind-sets. You have and very good understanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation. Your analysis capabilities are strong, and you possess abilities to grasp the big picture. A positive attitude and great communication skills are also key to be successful in this role.
In addition to the above you have a University degree in Finance and relevant work experience.
You are fluent in English both verbally and written.
