At the Accounting function within Finance, you are a part of a global team, with the purpose to ensure correct accounting and financial reporting based on our business events. You co-operate with colleagues in other business units and functions globally, with the purpose to drive value creation, provide accounting expertise and guidance and make change happen.
Are you interested in joining us? We are now looking for an Expert Accountant - Fixed Assets and Real Estate Accounting to the Financial Accounting team
What you’ll do
You will work in close cooperation with members of the Financial Accounting team and colleagues in our Global Accounting Centre located in Madrid to ensure correct accounting and reporting within the area of Fixed Assets and Real Estate.
You will actively be involved in projects and ad-hoc questions as-well as contribute to the improvement and standardization of current processes and work together with other local country specific contacts and stakeholders at headquarter in Gothenburg.
Do you fit the profile?
To be successful in this role, you need to have a desire and drive for change and be comfortable with complex accounting questions in according to Swedish GAAP (K3/RFR 2) and IFRS as well as take part of the operational work.
It is valuable if you have experience from Fixed Asset accounting and/or Real Estate accounting. Your analysis capabilities and computer skills are strong, and you possess abilities to grasp the big picture. If you have experience working in SAP R/3 and Hyperion FM it’s an advantage. In addition to the above you have a University degree in Finance and relevant working experience, and you are fluent in Swedish and English both verbally and written.
Personal qualities as high integrity and ability to uphold standards of professionalism and confidentiality are valued. You need to be curious and be flexible to handle short notice situations. Since you will be member of a team and a key contact person, work well with others will be a key factor such as also ability to engage people.
