Development & Engineering The D&E unit develops and produces packaging systems and distribution solutions for liquid food.The unit is part of the Tetra Pak Group which has a global coverage and key product development centres in Modena, Italy, Lund, Sweden, and Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.In Modena, Lund, and Minneapolis we provide product innovation and industrialization of packaging systems and distribution solutions including world class expertise in key competence areas as well as in raw material converting processes and equipment to our customers all around the world.Innovation & Engineering Excellence (I&EE) within Development & Engineering is responsible for developing, and providing process competencies with supporting tools and methods.I&EE supports platform teams, technology teams, package material teams, TP Processing and TP Recart in innovation and industrialization activities within Tetra Pak. In the role as Expert Advisor you provide procedures, tools and methods in the area of Hygienic Design.Your customers are mainly people working with development and engineering activities within Tetra Pak. The main focus in this position will be to; . Support, coach, facilitate, and educate mechanical designers, electrical designers, and development engineers in the area of Hygienic Design .Develop, maintain standards, procedures, tools and training materials in Hygienic Design . Coordinate and lead improvement activities within the area of Hygienic Design .Perform audits within the Hygienic Design area To be the successful candidate that we are looking for, we believe that you have a Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, as well as at least three years experience as a Design Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical).Prior experience from Hygienic Design is seen as an advantage. You are ambitious and possess very good social skills, with the mindset of a coach - one who is energetic and inspires other people.Combined with this is the ability to read, understand, and interpretate legal demands and standards with a focus on details, highly valued. Other assets are your creativity, supportive approach, knowledge sharing, and good negotiation & communication skills including fluency in written and verbal English.Experience of multi cultural work is highly valued.
