Expert Advisor - Package & Equipment Safety

The Expert Advisor, Package & Equipment Safety will be part of an international and dedicated team with a company mindset and focus.You will drive corporate safety projects and initiatives and be a flag-holder within Tetra Pak for package and equipment safety related questions.You will advise on tools, working methodologies, procedures, regulations and standards related to package and equipment safety.The position will be based in Lund, Sweden.

In this position your major responsible are to:

- Participate in defining and drive the company strategy for - Package and Equipment Safety;
- Drive project to develop, maintain and implement procedures and Technical Corporate Standards;
- Coordinate service and support from external companies;
- Be a reference person for regulatory requirements in the area of Package and Equipment safety;
- Conduct safety audits and trainings within Tetra Pak and at suppliers' sites.


Kvalifikationer

The successful candidate possesses a University degree in engineering, preferably mechanical.The position requires minimum 3 years experience in product safety, technical, automation, and consumer products.You are familiar with EU and International standards and regulations on product safety and are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

You have a combination of an analytical and practical mindset, a good team player who can take initiatives and drive activities independently.You are able to use informal authority to drive people and influence at all levels in the organisation with a focus on quality and results achieving.

The position also requires availability to travel and this is something you are willing and interested to do.
