Development & Engineering The D&E unit develops and produces packaging systems and distribution solutions for liquid food.The unit is part of the Tetra Pak Group which has a global coverage and key product development centres in Modena, Italy, Lund, Sweden, and Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.In Modena, Lund, and Minneapolis we provide product innovation and industrialization of packaging systems and distribution solutions including world class expertise in key competence areas as well as in raw material converting processes and equipment to our customers all around the world Innovation & Engineering Excellence Centre within Development & Engineering is responsible for developing and providing process competencies with supporting tools and methods for the Product Creation process. In the role as Expert Advisor Robust Design you will participate in our World Class Engineering project where we are focusing on procedures for costs driven innovation, and improved system performance of our products.Your input will affect the future of Tetra Pak Development & Engineering and you will be highly appreciated for your ambitions and knowledge.The main focus in this position will be to; .Educate project managers and project members in Robust Design .Support, facilitate and coach project managers and project members in Robust Design .Develop and maintain associated training material in Robust Design .Develop, maintain and benchmark enabling procedures, standards and tools in Robust Design To be the successful candidate that we are looking for we believe that you have working experience from Robust Design and design for experiments.Your background might be from mechanical engineering or equivalent.Knowledge from Design of Experiments and/or Six Sigma is highly valued as well as previous experience from facilitation and training.
