Expert Hardware Reliability Test of Radio Access

Position: Expert, Hardware Reliability Test of RAN. Responsibilities: ? To establish E2E hardware reliability test flow and relevant technical frame including the reliability evaluating methods. ? To design hardware reliability test strategy and scheme, and determine the appropriate test stress. ? To analyse the test result and evaluate the hardware reliability level for a new product. Qualifications: ? Several years of successful experience in hardware reliability test or design, be familiar with E2E hardware reliability test flow and quality insurance method cover from R&D to manufacture. ? Be familiar with designing hardware reliability test scheme, can provide corresponding test strategy and activities according to product design and its operating environment, as well as the test stress range of each test activities. ? Be familiar with evaluating methods for hardware reliability, can evaluate the hardware reliability level and life span of a new product base on the test stress and test results. ? Having effective method to prevent or detect the hardware quality problems in early phase which will occur after the product running for long time. ? Having successful experience and efficient test method to ensure the hardware reliability in large scale manufacturing. ? Owning experience of RF relevant product is especially welcome. Others ?
