About this opportunity

Welcome to the IT Analysis unit in Nordea Technology. In this team we help our business stakeholders in designing innovative, outstanding products and solutions with focus on the customer, added value and ongoing risk mitigation. 

What you’ll be doing: 
* Create high level design for intended solutions
* Analyse and translate business and technical requirements into an architectural roadmap that will support business strategy
* Collaborate with Product manager, Architect, Lead Developers and other ART (Agile Release Train) team members
* Provide support and guidance to ART (Agile Release Train) as needed
* Ensuring alignment with architectural vision and lead the architectural runway 
* Identify and drive technical debt and non-functional requirements in architectural runway

have great analytical skills and business understanding
are proactive, detail-oriented and quality driven
are familiar with Agile way of working and methods (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban)


Your experience and background: 

* 10 years+ experience in IT projects as a developer, tech lead or subject matter expert
* 1-3 years’ experience as an Architect with excellent understanding on architectural principals and design methodologies
* Experience in big data platform such as Hadoop is a plus
* Familiarity and/ or experience within Finance and Banking, Cloud infrastructure and Microservices is a plus
* Experience in IT or business analysis
