Would you like to take part in our IAM journey? We are now looking for an Expert IT Developer to expand our existing IAM development team in Mainframe area.

What you will be doing:
* Supporting IAM Compliance functions with solutions towards access management in Racf
* Supporting onboarding Nordea applications onto onboarding to Identity IQ system
* Being part of the IAM team developing solutions for onboarding of new platforms
* Conducting regular meetings with stakeholders in order to improve compliance level and support existing bank application in the access area
* Contributing to robust and effective IAM controls within the organisation
You’ll join a unique department in Nordea specialising in Access Governance development with colleagues based in Sweden, Finland, and Poland.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
* Are experienced Mainframe developer familiar with Racf system
* Possess IAM Knowledge (Role Based Access Control System, IAM Controls: SoD, TCP, Cross-App TCP, Approval Rules).
* Holds the basic Access Controls Systems knowledge
* Have the understanding of environments, and locally controlled systems in applications
In addition you display:
* Ability to collaborate and negotiate within all Nordea
* Attention to details
* Ability to learn fast and willingness to learn
* Strong Interpersonal Skills and fluent verbal and written English (B2/C1)
Your experience and background:
* Senior level experience in Mainframe development and Racf system
* Knowledge of SoD
* Experience in working within SAFe environment
