Expert of financial management on Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and Accounting. Work Place: Based on Sweden Kista Office, with trips to China needed up to 50%. Responsibilities: Engage in the construction of our Corporate management accounting structure, including: 1. Design responsibility centres (RC) and the financial metrics for each type of RC. 2. Provide consulting services about accounting architecture solutions and the policies & rules for supporting the architecture. 3. Providing consulting services about the design of multi-dimensional accounting solution. 4. Develop the standard report package, including the formats of performance reports for different key roles, as well as the linkages between accounting items across different reports. 5. Provide consulting services about the IT solutions which can enable the various reporting rules. 6. Provide consulting services about the design of management accounting master data which can be realized more easily Qualifications Required: 1. Possess proficient and extensive understanding on the financial subject area as an experienced finance expert and have high-standing viewpoint on the functions and missions of Finance. 2. Have more than 5 years of working experience in the budgeting, planning, forecasting and financial analysis areas. Working experience in large telecom company is preferred. 3. Have extensive financial transformation experience. 4. Have good capabilities of communicating, understanding, and cooperating with others.
