Expert Project Manager (IT Delivery Management and SAP Integration)

We are looking for an Expert Project Manager (IT Delivery Management and SAP Integration) for one of our renowned customers.

The scope of the consultant services is:-


- Core Deliverables: (aligned to DRM)

- Integrated digital parts of the plans (Application, Infrastructure, Test, Data, Deploy & Ops)

- Digital Release Resource Plans (Global and local) to match the delivery plan including all dependent projects

- Management of Change Requests related to digital

- Release Digital Deliverables tracking via Solution Manager

- Release Risk register/Issues log

- Release Key Action log, including actions as a result of any risk, issue or quality assurance activities

- Outputs of lessons learnt exercises

Responsibilities:

- Driver of all digital streams and external dependent teams for the successful delivery of solution for the markets & capabilities in scope of the Cluster:

- Legacy systems changes and integration

- E2E infrastructure integration

- Test and quality management

- Data migration

- Deployment and transition to live operations until the end of hypercare

- Management of scope & related changes for all digital delivery particularly changes required on legacy

- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to the Programme Manager and Operational Programme Board.
Manage escalations, risks and issues to the Programme Manager and Operational Programme Board.
Ensure that delivery is happening according to best practice, with learnings captured and actioned for continuous improvement of delivery methodology / strategy

Key Competencies

- Multinational SAP IT delivery management preferably on latest S4 technologies and Business Process knowledge of O2C, S2P, R2R, TO
Expertise in application delivery and integration to SAP with management of legacy, infrastructure, data, test, deployment activities and
technologies to be able to advise and coach teams on best practice
Excellent Analytical skills with business acumen
Ability to drive peers in a diverse international and distributed team.
Strong communication and decision-making skills - ability to balance conflicting needs

Key Experience

- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT delivery management

- Has been in an IT delivery management role for at least one global rollout of SAP

- Can demonstrate independent decision making

- Managing a complex environment and distributed teams

- Able to travel on a Global basis
