Expert, RF System Test of RAN

We are, on behalf of one of our customers looking for an Expert, RF System Test of RAN. Responsibilities: -To establish E2E RF system test flow and relevant technical frame---including the test analyzing method and the framework of auto-test platform.-To design RF system test strategy and scheme, as well as auto-test strategy and test tool scheme.-To analyse the test result and evaluate the RF system quality level for a new product. Qualifications: -Several years of successful experience in RF system testing, be familiar with RF system test flow and integrated-verification method in R&D phase.-Be familiar with wireless RF test standard and protocol, deep comprehension at RF system design and mechanism, good understanding to the sub-modules of RF system - including hardware?software?logic and arithmetic. -Be familiar with designing RF system test scheme, can provide corresponding test strategy and test scheme according to different wireless standard product and its functions or features. -Having successful experience in building test environment and designing auto-test tool, as well as test implementing.-Be familiar with evaluating methods for RF system, especially for the multi-carrier and multi-mode RF system .-Owning experience of multi-mode RF system testing or researching is especially welcome.
