Order Fulfilment best practice and Benchmark analysis, e.g. ? S&OP, plan integration, forecast object and forecast model; ? Stock management, especially for standard configuration or standard module; ? Contract handle: contract-sign, contract-review, contract-entry, order split, plan integration; ? Logistics: customs entry ? contract terms and bill; ? Order fulfilment processes , and the difference between fast Track and non-fast track order; ? contract information transfer process; 2? Output the method , process about Fast Track order fulfilment based on product package, sales option, price item, standard configuration and standard module: ? Establish the methods of identifying the sales options, price items, Standard configurations and standard modules which can be fast tracked in the PDM, SAP and quoter. ? Establish the Fast Track processes and methods based on standard configuration and standard module, for example to box product and cabinet product. 3? Requirements on R&D for the supply and GTS (how to involve R&D in the early phases etc), providing R&D design rule for supply and GTS. Qualifications Required 1. More than 10 years? experience in supply area, familiar with the order fulfilment for such as wireless, networking telecom products, and Familiar with sales and IFS area. 2. Understanding deeply in order fulfilment process, such as S&OP, contract-sign, contract-review, contract-entry, order split, plan integration, customs entry, contract terms and bill, familiar with each node?s responsibility and the history of organisation change. 3. Understand concept of product package, sales option, price item, standard configuration, standard module and Fast Track, and how to be used in the Flow Control Centre and the order fulfilment process. 4. Familiar with PDM, SAP, ERP, Quoter related IT management systems. 5. Familiar with local supply strategy and design rules for supply chain and GTS, Experience in R&D cooperation strategy with supply chain and GTS.
