Experts in Telecom Network Security

We are looking for Experts in Telecom Network Security.Responsibilities 1) Provide information about product security, security business trends of operators, governments, international organizations, and competitors, and provide recommendations or guidance on business development; 2) According to best practices in security industry, identify key security activities, best security methods, tools, and processes; and guide the company in security processes', methods' and tools' optimization or building, help the company to reach the industry-leading level; 3) Identify what are acceptance security requirements and access barriers(i.e.security certification); Provide targeted strategies and recommendations to Huawei, and take practical measures to help company products to enter the markets; 4) Help the company to catch trends of security technologies, and identify key security technologies (i.e.the possible key technologies during delivery, deployment, maintenance, management, configuration activities; or those key technologies which have significant impacts on security businesses or operations), Provide valuable recommendations for company security technology planning; 5) Guide company security architecture design work, architecture security attributes, features design, security testing and verification such as CC and etc.Qualifications Required 1) Over 10 years of experience in international telecommunication operators, or international telecommunication vendors, familiar with security organization structure of operators, and familiar with end to end security processes, procedures and security operations; 2) Over 5 years of experience about product security planning, security design-related work; 3) Familiar with end to end telecommunication network, and have security work experience at least in two areas of following: IP or wireless access network; bearer and transmission network; core network; business and application network; O & M network; 4) Has a clear understanding and insight on security technology trends, key security technology based on evidence; 5) Has a clear understanding and insight on security business trends based on evidence; 6) Have a good understanding on security laws and regulations especially from the United States, Australia, India, Japan; 7) Have high reputation and wide range of contacts at the international security industry; 8) Master degree or above; 9) Have the ability to work with English as working language； 10) Those who have experience of acting as executive director in well-known international security organizations, companies; or publishing security-related papers in international authoritative academic journals are preferred.
