Job description
Do you have experience from a role as an export coordinator or export administratour? Do you also have experience from working with countries outside EU and orderadministration - this opportunity within the electronics industry in Täby might be the perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as an export coordinator is to register customer orders for spares, accessories and machines, book shipments, invoice customers and communicate with subsidiaries, customers, agents and distributors across the world. Orders and deliveries are made to all parts of the world, Europe, Asia, America, Africa.
 
What you’ll do:
Invoice customers and communicate with subsidiaries, customers, agents and distributors across the world.
Register customer orders for spares, accessories and machines
Book shipments
Orders and deliveries are made to all parts of the world, Europe, Asia, America, Africa


Working hours
Full time
Working hours: Monday - Friday 08.00-16.40 with flex
Start date as soon as possible (april)
6 month assignment with oppurtunity for prolonging or direct recruitment to the client

Qualifications
In order to succeed in this role you need to have experience and good knowledge of the following:
Experience in order administration
Experience with orders and shipments worldwide
Export handling, documentation, bookings, customs
Communication with customers and subsidiaries, as well as colleagues
Experienced user in a ERP-system, preferable M3 or similar
MS Office
