Export Sales Manager to Human Care HC Sweden, European Markets Human Care was founded in 1993, and is listed on the Nordic List of OMX.The company develops and manufactures well-designed, high-quality, functional aid products which give the aging population an improved quality of life within their everyday environment.Human Care's current product areas are overhead lifts and rollators for people with reduced mobility.The company holds significant shares of the markets for its various products both in Sweden and in the rest of the Nordic region.The company exports more than 45 % of the goods it produces.It has subsidiary companies in the USA, Canada, Norway, UK, Australia and Germany, and distributors in 15 other countries.Develop, manage and position the export sales function for the company group.Main job responsibilities: .Develop an action plan countrywise, including budget set-up for each market, individually and regarding overall objectives .Coordinate sales and marketing activities in pinpointed countries to support the strategy plan .Enhancing and developing customer relations worldwide .Managing business development customer care and exploring new business opportunities Enhancing business and sales efforts making sales growth your primary target .Pricing and tender input to HQ .Competition, trend and environmental surveillance and suggesting measures taken accordingly Business knowledge: . Business- and sales oriented .Experience from international export business .Excellent communication skills . English is required, verbally and in writing .French or/and german is qualifying . Healthcare background is qualifying The job requires good problem-solving skills, critical information seeking and evaluative judgements based on analysis of factual and partly qualitative information.Conceptual thinking will be required in terms of approach and frame for problem solving, thereby balancing qualitative aspects with business perspectives.You will have the ability to develop a strategy for the area.The job will require traveling, app.80-100 days per year.
