Job Description
As our External Platform Manager at ARKET you will be responsible for all partners and platforms that is outside our core (physical stores and arket.com). You will lead and hade the staff responsibility over a team of Key Account manager(s) and Coordinators.
The responsibility includes, but is not limited to:
Implementing new methods, systems and always improving the way of working both internally and externally.
Ensure and monitor ARKET needs for business system & development on a group level.
You take part and negotiate terms, targets and prices with partners together with central functions.
Acts as spokesperson for ARKET towards the external platform management.



Qualifications
To be a successful External Platform Manager we believe you should have/are:
Experience from retail - store/e-commerce/omni channel.
Experience from leading teams working with selling and/or customer service. Proven leadership skills.
The ability to be hands-on and make things happen and at the same time be brave enough to take decisions. Thrives in a high-paced environment and enjoy collaborating and engaging internal and external stakeholders
Constantly look for opportunities to grow our business with partners. Drive sales together with your team
Fluent English, both orally and written

Additional Information
This is a full-time permanent position, starting as soon as possible. The role is an on-site position based at our Head Office in Stockholm.
